Chiropractic Services:

Chiropractic literally means "by hand", so majority of the work done during our sessions are "by hand". No need for a long list of "services" we offer,  when the only service that matters is Dr. Angela serving you with the utmost care!

FREE 15 minute Virtual Consultation

If you don’t feel like we’re a great fit for you or if we feel like we can’t give you the care you deserve, then we’ll do our best to guide you to another doctor, specialist, etc. Our goal is to just help you get to the root cause of your issues, if you’re dealing with pain, or to get you moving at your full potential if you aren’t dealing with anything specific. 

 

We will answer any questions you may have about our services and how we can be a good fit for you. If you prefer just a phone call instead of video, that works to!

1 Hour Initial Appointment 

We place a huge emphasis on the initial visit and the intake forms. By taking the time to get to know you and everything that’s led you through our door, we can confidently create a plan of action that fits your needs & goals. We want to ensure you leave here confident that we’re on the right track. We treat people and not just conditions or single body parts. Everything is connected, so expect a full body assessment. 

 

After the initial assessments, movement screens, & orthopedic exams are done, we then begin treatment on the first day with the remainder of our time.

1 Hour Follow-Up Appointments

After we’ve built an understanding of our patients, we move forward with the plan of action created in the initial visit. We plan treatment based on what the provider sees fit based on the patient’s specific condition and on what aligns with the patient’s goals. These sessions could include:

  • Mini re-assessments (i..e check range of motion, strength, exercise assessments, etc.)

  • Chiropractic care (i.e. adjustments, mobilizations, mulligan strap, etc.)

  • Muscle care (i.e. myofascial decompression, IASTM, taping, etc.)

  • Guided & specific rehab workout 

  • Additional training guidance (mobility work, strength goals, agility, etc.)

Our 3 P's that patients come to us for:

  1. Pain - Dealing with a recent injury or in chronic pain.
  2. Prevention - Want to get ahead of pain.
  3. Performance - Want to reach my potential. 
​
