Dr. Angela actively works with runners and endurance athletes from all walks of life.
Whether you're new to running and want to ensure your form is correct or it's your 5th race and you want to improve your time. We help everyone from beginners to advanced runners optimize their movement and stay healthy on your weekly runs!

About the assessment:
Dr. Angela will spend 45 minutes with you assessing your mobility, stability, & strength before taking you through a warm-up before you hop on the treadmill for your 3-D analysis.

Running is a full-body movement, so Dr. Angela will check everything from your big toe dorsiflexion, to your ankle and hip mobility, knee and low back stability, and torso rotation. Everything is crucial in optimize your running mechanics to prevent injuries.
​
The assessment ends with you running on the treadmill as Dr. Angela uses 3-D technology to assess your runs from 2 different view points. She'll review that with you at the end and you'll get a follow-up email with your report & some recommended exercises based on your results.
